How do I place my order?
Click on the product in our online store and add it to cart. You may select the option of delivery or self-collection to your order in the cart. Click checkout to enter your delivery details and credit card details.
Alternatively, you may also email us at theflowerof@outlook.com or WhatsApp us at +601110889177 to make your order.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
An automated email confirmation will be sent to you after the payment is verified.
What are your delivery charges and area coverage?
RM20 flat rate delivery within KL /Â RM30 flat rate delivery to Selangor
Self-collection/own delivery arrangement is available at our studio @
Arcoris Business Suites, No.10, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara
from Monday to Friday between 11am and 5pm
What are your delivery times?
Delivery will be done at 2 time slots: 11am to 1pm / 2pm to 5pm, unless special request made (kindly include the details in a note at the cart before payment)
Should you want to change your delivery date/collection timing, kindly inform us at +601110889177 at least 12 hours in advance
Changes/cancellations
We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us 3 days in advance of the original delivery date.
For any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately for resolution.
The Flower Of reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion.
Flower care
Remove the wrapping and place the flowers in a vase filled with water. Trim the stems daily (about 1-2 cm) and change the water daily. Keep them in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight and heat.
